Working with a developer, we created this vision of how an historic street in Hartford might look when developed.
High and Cossett Street, Waterbury, Connecticut
This is a major urban revitalization project in Waterbury. In a two block area, we will be renovating existing structures and designing new infill structures that will seamlessly fit into the existing urban landscape. The result will be a revitalized two-block area that preserves its existing character, but makes accommodations for contemporary needs such as vehicular access.
