Allstate Northeast Headquarters
For over ten years we served as “on-call” architects for all of Allstate Insurance Company’s facilities throughout New England. Much of our work centered on the 35,000 square foot regional headquarters in Farmington which underwent multiple renovation projects. These projects included computer training rooms, teleconferencing rooms, cafeteria and large areas of open office space. We also worked on other facilities in Providence, RI, Burlington, VT and Guilford, NY.
Community Renewal Team
This project involved the gut renovation of a three-story, 25,000 sf structure for the Community Renewal Team in Hartford. One floor contained the Behavioral Health Clinic, the other two floors consisted of administrative offices. A new elevator was added to the building. The scope of services also included of new furniture and finishes.
Private Banking
This project was part of a series of small satellite branch banks located around the city in major commercial areas. This branch was located in Hartford Hospital. It contained a reception area, a private banking office and a conference room.
